Job Overview

The role of a strategic people initiatives partner is to support the business in developing and implementing effective people strategies.

The Opportunity

This is a fixed-term position that involves partnering with leaders across the organisation to drive performance and engagement.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to enhance organisational performance and employee engagement.
  • Support compliance with employment regulations and ensure adherence to operational and strategic requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end employee relations and industrial relations cases.
  • Identify key talent and develop succession plans.
  • Implement cyclical performance reviews and evaluate employee growth opportunities.
  • Execute various human resources projects.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar generalist HR role.
  • Sound understanding of employment law and contemporary human resources practices.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to own projects from start to finish and translate ideas into action.
