Role Summary

This People & Culture Generalist role is focused on partnering with leaders across the business to drive strategic people initiatives and support operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have a sound understanding of P&C compliance, relevant legislation, and contemporary people practices, with excellent communication skills and the ability to take accountability for end-to-end projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to optimise people engagement and performance
  • Support the business to ensure compliance with relevant modern awards, NES, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage employee relations cases from start to finish
  • Identify key talent and opportunities, plan succession, and ensure the business is future-fit
  • Implement cyclical performance reviews and support PC projects
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in a similar role as a P&C Generalist. You will be sought for advice on a range of matters, so a sound understanding of P&C compliance, relevant legislation, and contemporary people practices is essential.
