The Opportunity: We seek a seasoned HR professional with a sharp eye for detail, a passion for compliance, and the ability to influence and lead across diverse teams. As a Generalist HR Partner, you'll thrive in a dynamic capacity - balancing day-to-day delivery with forward-thinking initiatives. You'll bring depth across a broad range of people and culture priorities, partnering with leaders to deliver practical, people-focused solutions while contributing to projects that enhance organisational capability and culture.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice on employee and industrial relations, including enterprise agreement interpretation and case management.
  • Lead the development, review, and implementation of HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant legislation and frameworks.
  • Support end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and performance development processes.
  • Champion wellbeing, safety, and change initiatives that enhance employee experience and organisational resilience.
  • Coach and support leaders to build capability, confidence, and consistency in people management.
  • Lead and develop a small team of HR generalists, fostering growth and high performance.
  • Represent the organisation in external forums, networks, or regulatory matters as required.
