Job Summary

We are seeking a strategic People and Culture Business Partner to join our organisation. This role will involve working closely with leaders to build sustainable people systems, drive performance culture and embed a culture plan that supports organisational growth.

This is an exciting opportunity to design, digitise and embed core HR policies, processes and frameworks that will shape the way we work for years to come.

  • Partner with leaders to deliver people solutions aligned to business needs.
  • Provide expert advice on employment relations, performance management, conduct and policy.
  • Support remuneration reviews, benefits and employee variations.
  • Develop and implement structured onboarding and offboarding processes.
  • Drive engagement and recognition initiatives.
  • Collaborate with Health and Safety on return-to-work and wellbeing initiatives.
  • Produce workforce reporting, analytics and insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure compliance with legislation, policies and values.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Redesign and digitise HR policies, processes, templates and systems to enable scale and efficiency.
  • Develop and implement scalable culture initiatives and people practices.
  • Use data and analytics to inform workforce planning and optimisation.
  • Build strong influencing, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
  • Embed frameworks and culture plans to support organisational growth and development.
Requirements:
  • HR/IR tertiary qualification (or equivalent).
  • Proven experience as a HR/People Partner in a growth, transformation or scale-up professional services environment.
  • Strong knowledge and extensive experience of employment relations, performance management and policy design.
  • Demonstrated ability to use data and analytics to inform workforce planning and optimisation.
  • Strong influencing, relationship building and problem-solving skills.
