The Role

This position requires a dedicated professional to partner with leaders across the organization. Key responsibilities include guiding, coaching, and supporting strategic people initiatives throughout the employee lifecycle.

This is a fixed-term role with flexible location options for candidates who thrive in dynamic environments.

Key Responsibilities
  • Partner with leaders to optimize engagement and performance
  • Ensure compliance with modern awards, NES, and other regulatory requirements
  • Manage end-to-end ER/IR case management
  • Identify key talent and develop succession plans to ensure long-term success
  • Implement cyclical performance reviews and execute projects related to people and culture
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar role with a focus on people and culture
  • A strong understanding of compliance and contemporary people practices
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
  • Ability to own projects end-to-end and translate ideas into actionable plans
