Job Description

As a Product Owner, you will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of product ownership across our organization. You will be responsible for establishing and evolving the Product Owner Chapter, ensuring alignment with enterprise frameworks and agility principles.

  • Provide virtual leadership to Product Owners across Australia and New Zealand.
  • Define and embed tools, frameworks, and standards that support mastery in product ownership, including the creation of our Product Ownership Framework.
Key Responsibilities

We are looking for a leader with exceptional influencing skills, adept at building strong relationships with senior stakeholders and business partners. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience as a Product Owner or similar, with deep expertise in product ownership practices, including backlog refinement, prioritisation, and customer-centric delivery.

  • Certified training in Agile methodologies such as Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO), SAFe Product Owner/Product Manager (PO/PM), or equivalent.
  • Proven ability to align product outcomes with strategic business goals.
