About the Role

We are seeking a seasoned leader to spearhead the evolution of our cross-platform design system.

This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of design, engineering, and product to deliver a scalable, accessible, and well-documented component library that empowers teams to move faster and more confidently.

  • Owning the architecture and implementation of our design system across web and desktop (React/TypeScript), and collaborating on mobile (iOS) guidelines.
  • Partnering closely with product designers to translate design principles into reusable, accessible components that reflect our brand and UX standards.
  • Creating documentation, tooling, and contribution workflows that scale design system usage across teams.
  • Driving adoption by collaborating with product teams and advocating for system thinking and frontend best practices.
  • Pushing for performance, consistency, and accessibility across the UI—making experiences fast, inclusive, and beautiful.
  • Contributing to overall frontend architecture and helping set best practices for scalable and maintainable codebases.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of frontend engineering experience, with deep expertise in modern React and TypeScript.
  • A strong track record of building and maintaining robust design systems or component libraries in fast-moving environments.
  • A deep understanding of accessibility (WCAG), responsive design, and cross-browser support.
  • Experience collaborating with designers and driving alignment between design and engineering teams.
  • A systems mindset—you think in terms of patterns, constraints, and scalability.
