We are seeking an experienced Full-Stack Software Engineer to lead the evolution of our frontend architecture and drive seamless integration of features across our product.

This role involves hands-on implementation of critical features, fostering collaboration across teams, and positioning Canva AI as a central hub for innovative user experiences.

You will be responsible for re-architecting our frontend foundation, designing scalable frameworks, and driving critical integration projects from idea to production.


Responsibilities
  • Establish yourself as a trusted technical leader by resolving technical debt and earning credibility through impact.
  • Re-architect Canva AI's frontend foundation to enable seamless integration of new capabilities.
  • Design and implement robust frameworks that empower teams to build into Canva AI independently.
  • Drive critical integration projects from idea to production, introducing Canva AI to new product surfaces.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to evolve Canva AI into a unified platform that meets real user needs.
  • Mentor engineers and champion best practices to elevate frontend engineering standards.
  • Expand your T-shaped skill set by contributing to backend and machine learning integration as needed.
