Peach Institute is a well-established training provider, having presence across multiple locations in Queensland, Victoria and NSW. Our dedication is towards personal and professional development of individuals, assisting them developing essential skills and knowledge as per the industry standards.

We are looking for a highly motivated, passionate, dynamic and self-motivated 'Trainer & Assessor' to work closely with students enabling them to achieve their goals. We have positions open in all our locations: Brisbane /Gold Coast.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver high quality training and conduct assessments in a face-to-face setting (classroom/workshop) and online environment
- Manage and mark student assessments in a timely and structured manner with rapid turnaround timelines and provide positive and constructive feedback to students.
- Make classroom environment fun and come up with ways to keep the excitement going and the learning practical, relevant and meaningful
- Maintain daily and weekly attendance and progress reports, monitor student welfare closely and support students with special needs or challenges.

Flexible to travel between Brisbane and Gold coast

Essential Qualifications and Skills

  • CPC30620 Certificate III in Painting and Decorating or equivalent vocational competencies at least to the level being delivered and assessed
  • TAE40116 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment with TAELLN411 or equivalent and TAEASS502 or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years' experience, Preference would be given to 5 years' industry experience or above
  • Proven competence in any e-learning environment
  • An ability to work both autonomously and with team
  • Proven and effective communication skills - both written and verbal
