Seeking a highly motivated and skilled trainer/assessor to support students pursuing the Diploma of Clinical Coding.

This role involves providing individualised support, training and assessment to students based on their educational and vocational needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct, mark and record student assessments.
  • Contextualise training and assessment materials.
  • Administer compliance related to the VET sector.
  • Evaluate pre-training reviews.
  • Maintain currency of industry skills and knowledge.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training and assessment policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Current industry experience relevant to Clinical Coding.
  • At least 12 months of experience in training and assessment.
  • Certificate IV or higher in Training and Assessment (preferred).
  • Diploma level qualification or higher (preferred).
  • A strong focus on customer service.
  • A motivated and driven individual with excellent people skills.
