Delivering Academic Training and Assessments for Aviation Maintenance Technicians
Our team is looking for an experienced professional to develop and implement training programs for aviation maintenance engineers. The ideal candidate will have a passion for teaching and learning, as well as expertise in delivering academic, practical, and on-the-job training and assessments.
This role offers an exciting opportunity to grow and develop the skills of our future maintenance technicians. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging learning experiences that cater to different learning styles and needs.
The position involves working closely with subject matter experts to design and deliver high-quality training content. You will also be required to assess students' performance and provide feedback to improve their skills and knowledge.
To succeed in this role, you must have strong communication and interpersonal skills. Experience working in a regulated environment and knowledge of relevant regulatory requirements are essential.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design and deliver training programs for aviation maintenance engineers

Requirements:
- 10 years' experience as a Rotary Wing B2 Aviation Maintenance Tradesperson, Aviation Supervisor, and/or Aviation Maintenance Manager
- CH-47F Aircraft Avionics Type Qualification (B2 MAML) or equivalent
