Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with managing subcontractor financial and administrative activities of projects.
  • Prepare and review contracts, variations, and procurement documents.
  • Provide ongoing support for project teams in contract management.
  • Attend sites to support project teams and engage with subcontractors and stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in the construction or trade industry or studying a related field.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and associated programs.
