As a Community Physiotherapist, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional care and support to our clients. This autonomous role requires you to travel throughout the Mid North Coast region, with flexibility to choose your days and hours.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Providing evidence-based in-home physiotherapy services to Home Care Package and Short-Term Restorative Care clients.
  • Leading group exercise and healthy lifestyle classes to foster strength, balance, and wellness in the community.
  • Assisting clients in overcoming barriers and achieving their goals.
  • Ensuring efficient daily workload planning, including travel, documentation, reporting, and administrative tasks.

We offer a competitive salary banding between $67,393 - $100,224 plus 11.5% super, as well as salary packaging, meal and entertainment cards, and KM reimbursement.

About You:

We're looking for a registered Physiotherapist with AHPRA, who thrives in a community care setting and possesses organisational, negotiation, facilitation, and communication skills.

Essentials:

  • Genuine passion for enhancing the lives of the elderly.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and client management software.
  • A current unrestricted driver's license and a love for being on the road.
