Your responsibilities will include developing a comprehensive digital roadmap, defining a clear path aligned with their overarching company vision and mission, designed to accelerate their growth and improve customer experience. This roadmap will be essential to creating a customer-first digital experience that differentiates them in the competitive healthcare landscape.
Unifying the digital experience is one of their top priorities. You'll play a central role in ensuring each brand's digital presence is cohesive, delivering a seamless journey for customers from one brand to the next. Your role will involve creating and implementing digital standards and frameworks that reinforce brand consistency while also allowing for the unique voices and offerings of each sub-brand. This strategy will help drive loyalty, enhance brand recognition, and make the overall experience for their customers more intuitive and memorable.
You'll not only manage their digital platforms but actively enhance customer engagement across all digital channels. This will involve a deep dive into UX/UI, personalization, and data-driven strategies to make each digital interaction more meaningful and effective. We're looking for a leader who understands the nuances of digital engagement and who can drive innovative ways to connect with their audience, ensuring each interaction is impactful.
This leader will inherit a team of 40, with the view to build this out further, so we're searching for a collaborative and strategic leader with an impressive track record in digital. About the Salary
">The successful candidate will receive an attractive salary package of approximately $300,000 base + superannuation. While prior experience in the healthcare sector is not mandatory, it is beneficial.
