Strategic Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and forward-thinking leader to drive the strategic growth and expansion of our nationally recognized Registered Training Organisation (RTO) in Brisbane South.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversight of RTO operations across multiple departments, ensuring seamless integration and efficient service delivery.
  • Maintenance of compliance standards and funding contract obligations, guaranteeing the highest level of quality and accountability.
  • Leadership of training delivery quality and continuous improvement programs, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation.
  • Development of strategic partnerships with industry leaders, employers, and government agencies, driving business growth and market penetration.
  • Collaboration with senior leadership on budget management and financial performance, ensuring transparency and fiscal responsibility.
Requirements
  • Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40122 or equivalent), demonstrating a strong foundation in vocational education and training.
  • Senior management experience within the RTO environment, showcasing expertise in leadership and operational management.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of ASQA compliance and funding contract management, ensuring adherence to regulatory requirements and best practices.
