
Teleprospecting & Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Telemarketing & Lead Generation Specialist to join our fast-paced sales team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for identifying and qualifying new business opportunities, building strong relationships with decision-makers, and driving revenue growth through effective lead generation and appointment setting.
Job DescriptionThe ideal candidate will have excellent communication and research skills, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a high-performing team. You will be responsible for conducting in-depth market research, creating and maintaining prospect lists, and making outbound calls to introduce our services to potential clients.
You will also be responsible for qualifying leads based on criteria provided by our sales team, booking appointments with decision-makers, and updating our CRM with accurate lead data. Additionally, you will follow up on cold and warm leads via phone, email, and LinkedIn, and track performance and report on key metrics weekly.
Key Requirements- Proven experience in telemarketing, cold calling, appointment setting, or lead generation (B2B preferred)
- Excellent research skills – able to independently source leads and verify information
- Strong communication skills – clear, engaging, and persuasive
- Highly organized with great attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot or similar)
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset
