**The opportunity**
AMP Bank Intermediary Distribution is a division of AMP who operates predominantly through a business-to-business model but also has a direct to consumer arm. The primary purpose of the Distribution Onboarding Specialist role is to assist with the growth and retention of AMP’s retail suite of mortgage products via the provision of a range of support services to Business Development Managers, and by developing and maintaining relationships with mortgage brokers.

**How you will make an impact**
As part of the Distribution onboarding team, responsibilities include:

- Maintaining/updating/terminating of brokers in AMP systems
- Proactive monitoring of aggregator Professional Indemnity (PI) insurance covers to ensure they are valid and up to date
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to ensure broker details are updated correctly
- Transfers of broker portfolios
- Responding to broker accreditation enquiries
- Supporting and delivering appropriate product and systems training for brokers
- When required, participate in projects and workshops relating to Distribution
- Assisting with business development events and client functions
- Assisting with broker complaints management and resolution

**What you will bring to the role**
- 2-3 years in financial services - Customer Service, Banking, Product or Financial Services Licensee (other experience in financial services considered)
- Experience working in a sales environment within financial services preferred
- RG146 (previously PS146) compliant (or working towards qualification) preferred
- Credit experience and qualifications preferred
