We are seeking an experienced Business Growth Specialist to lead our post-first-trade user journey on our crypto exchange platform.

  • This role is focused on retaining and growing value from users after their first trade, whether it's buying Bitcoin or exploring investment features.
About the Opportunity

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Australian crypto user base, behaviour patterns, and regulatory environment.

  • This knowledge will be essential in designing and executing strategic frameworks for user progression and growth.
Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the end-to-end strategy for the Australian user journey after the first trade.
  • Collaborate with Product and Data teams to define key milestones such as time-to-second-trade, product depth, and feature utilisation.
  • Drive awareness and adoption of key features relevant to the local user base.
  • Analyse user behaviour through platforms like Mixpanel, GA4, Amplitude, or Looker to identify drop-off points and engagement opportunities.
Requirements
  • 5–8+ years in growth, lifecycle, or product marketing with a strong record in fintech, crypto, or trading-related industries.
  • Experience driving retention and engagement through user segmentation, product education, and strategic programs.
  • Demonstrated ability to design and deliver user engagement strategies that align with compliance and localisation needs.
