Business Growth Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Growth Specialist to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys identifying new opportunities and developing strategies to drive business growth.
Job Overview:The successful candidate will be responsible for partnering with experienced account executives to develop and execute prospecting strategies. They will also be responsible for developing and testing messaging across multiple channels, industries, and personas. Additionally, they will contribute to the development of outbound processes and best practices.
Main Responsibilities:- Partner with account executives to identify high potential companies and develop targeted sales strategies.
- Develop and test messaging to effectively communicate value proposition to various audiences.
- Contribute to the development of outbound processes and best practices to improve sales efficiency.
- At least 7 months of experience in a SaaS BDR role.
- A strong pursuit of improvement and excellence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
