Urban Infrastructure Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as an Urban Infrastructure Specialist.

The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering an efficient rapid response litter removal service and participating in the investigation and removal of illegal dumping within the City.

This is a permanent, full-time position working on average 38 hours per week with a roster-based on an 8-day on, 6-day off basis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in the delivery of waste management services;
  • Participate in the investigation and removal of illegal dumping;
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to achieve goals and objectives.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of self-motivation and ability to work independently or as part of a team;
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills;
  • Strong conflict resolution skills;
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating, supervising or leading teams;
  • A certificate-level qualification in a relevant discipline (e.g. leadership, contract management, business administration) or significant relevant workplace experience;
  • Construction Induction Training (White Card);
  • An MR class driver's licence.
