Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled Civil Designer to join our team in Perth, Western Australia. As a key member of our Community Development team, you will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land, and subdivision projects within Perth and surrounds.

The successful candidate will possess experience in civil design, with a strong focus on preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D software. They will also be able to interpret civil design requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities, and private sector clients.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing comprehensive civil design documents
  • Interfacing with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical, and landscaping
  • Interacting with clients regarding project needs

About You

To be successful in this role, you will possess:

  • Senior civil designer experience in urban, land, and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications (Graduate Diploma in Civil Engineering or equivalent)
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
