We are seeking a seasoned Urban Infrastructure Designer to join our Development team in Perth, Western Australia. The successful candidate will work on projects delivering solutions in urban, land and subdivision infrastructure within Perth and surrounds.

The ideal candidate will have senior design experience in urban, land and subdivisions, as well as relevant qualifications and demonstrated experience using 12D software. They will also be familiar with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements.

In this role, you will prepare conceptual and detailed designs using 12D, interpret infrastructure requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients, and interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Preparing conceptual and detailed designs using 12D for land subdivisions, road infrastructure, drainage, sewer & water systems as well as associated infrastructure
  • Interpreting infrastructure requirements of State Government, Local Government Authorities and private sector clients
  • Interface with associated disciplines such as transport, planning, survey, traffic, electrical and landscaping

About You:

  • Demonstrated senior design experience in urban, land and subdivisions
  • Relevant qualifications
  • Demonstrated experience ideally using 12D software
  • Familiarity with local authority and state government approval and regulatory requirements
