Job Profile

We are seeking an accomplished Urban Planning Expert to join our team.

Leveraging your technical expertise and proven skills, you will deliver strategic urban planning advice and insights to our clients.

You will lead or contribute to the delivery of high-impact land use planning and policy projects, primarily for public sector clients.

  • Lead or contribute to the preparation of strategic land use planning projects, including growth strategies, precinct plans, employment and housing studies, and supporting technical inputs.
  • Provide high-quality planning analysis and advice informed by current government policies, regional and local priorities, and stakeholder needs.
  • Collaborate with internal and external multidisciplinary teams, including specialists in economics, urban design, transport, infrastructure advisory, community planning, and stakeholder engagement.
  • Prepare and review reports, presentations, and public-facing documents that communicate complex planning concepts clearly and persuasively.
  • Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to a high standard of quality.
  • Coach and develop individuals within the team, as appropriate.
