Job Description

The District Palliative Care Data Project Officer role is a key position within our organization.

We are seeking an individual to oversee and coordinate palliative care service data capture and analysis, reporting processes, and support the planning and prioritisation of future needs/services.

  • Key responsibilities include coordinating data capture and analysis for district palliative care services, including reporting processes and informing planning decisions.
  • Align local goals, priorities and systems with end-of-life palliative care strategy and relevant NSW guiding documents.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to support effective data-driven decision making.
  • Demonstrate ability to communicate data insights to non-technical stakeholders and support service improvements.
