**Data Delivery Lead Role** This role is focused on data-focused initiatives across the business. It involves ensuring projects and techniques align with best practice, working across multiple data streams to deliver high-quality data science projects. The ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience working as a Delivery Lead/Project Manager within data-focused projects, excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, and strong understanding of running Agile projects and improving agile maturity within the team. Key Responsibilities:
  • Work with the team to map processes end to end, capturing system and data requirements
  • Facilitate and support workshops, including epic/feature estimation, prioritization, iteration planning, and showcases
  • Contribute to overall maturity of Agile capability in the team
  • Coordinate data streams to deliver high-quality data science projects
  • Provide clear and concise communication to your team and various stakeholders
 Requirements:
  • Demonstrated experience working as a Delivery Lead/Project Manager within data-focused projects
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Strong understanding of running Agile projects and improving agile maturity within the team
  • Exceptional understanding of the complexities of the data space
  • Demonstrated experience working with collaborative tools such as Git, JIRA, and Confluence
