About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Strategy Manager to join our team at HelloFresh. As a key member of our growth team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and profitability through strategic planning, execution, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive growth and profitability in the ANZ market.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing campaigns and initiatives to acquire new customers.
  • Analyze key business metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and effective execution of growth strategies.
  • Identify and prioritize opportunities for growth and profitability.
  • Develop and maintain documentation and artifacts to ensure clarity and transparency within the business.
Requirements
  • 4+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, business strategy, or a related field.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, finance, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical and modeling skills.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders and influence teams towards achieving strategic goals.
  • Experience in managing projects from inception to completion.
  • Proficiency in Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint/Google Slides.
  • Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new technologies, tools, and processes.
