About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Growth Strategy Lead to join our team at HelloFresh Australia. As a key member of our leadership team, you will be responsible for driving new customer growth and profitability through strategic planning and execution.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition and retention
  • Lead cross-functional teams to ideate, test, and roll out innovative growth initiatives
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for growth and optimize marketing budgets
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics to inform growth strategies
  • Develop and maintain a deep understanding of our customers and market trends
Requirements
  • 6+ years of experience in top-tier management consulting or growth marketing
  • 1+ years of people management experience
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and motivate direct reports
  • Bachelor or Master's degree in business, finance, or STEM discipline
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Experience with financial/operational modeling and data analysis
