- 6+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
- 1+ years of people management experience.
- Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and motivate direct reports towards business objectives.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial and operational modeling.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
