Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute a comprehensive growth strategy to drive new customer acquisition and retention.

  • Lead the development and implementation of marketing campaigns and initiatives to drive customer engagement and conversion.
  • Monitor and analyze key business metrics to inform growth strategies and optimize marketing spend.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders across the organization to ensure alignment and support for growth initiatives.
Requirements
  • 6+ years of professional experience in growth marketing, management consulting, or corporate strategy.
  • 1+ years of people management experience.
  • Demonstrated ability to guide, coach, and motivate direct reports towards business objectives.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in financial and operational modeling.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders.
