Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee daily operations across all locations, ensuring impeccable standards of cleanliness, customer service, and competence.
  • Manage sales forecasting, stock control, and waste management for all locations.
  • Liaise with the wholesale manager to pursue business opportunities and operations.
  • Produce and update costings, reports, and budgets, monitoring expenditures with insight and accuracy.

Requirements
  • An experienced leader who can manage and motivate employees across teams.

  • A good understanding of project management and events.

The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of provable experience in a similar role and a robust understanding of Google Workspaces, Tanda software, Square/XERO software, or similar. We are seeking a goal-oriented and organized individual who loves people and spreadsheets, and is a fan of croissants.
