About the Role

This role is ideal for individuals with a minimum of four years' recruitment experience, ideally with exposure to legal or professional services environments. You will bring a proactive, strategic, and client-service oriented approach, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with Practice Group Leaders and Office Partners-in-Charge to identify hiring needs and recruitment strategies. You will also support the firm's Graduate, Summer Clerk, and Paralegal programs, developing recruitment materials and strategies to promote the employer brand.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Partnering with stakeholders to identify hiring needs and develop recruitment strategies.
  • Managing the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Developing and implementing effective recruitment plans to meet business objectives.
