You will conduct regular check-ins with participants, provide guidance on workplace issues, and connect them with additional support services as needed to promote sustainable employment.

Additionally, you will collaborate with employers to foster positive working relationships.

A strong background in employment services or related fields is advantageous. A qualification such as a Cert IV in Employment Services is also highly regarded.

Valid certifications and checks are mandatory prior to employment.

Successful candidates must set up an account to access relevant data for the role.

About You

As a professional, you must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, able to build rapport and trust with clients and employers.

Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills are essential, as is the ability to provide tailored support to meet individual needs.

To be successful, you must balance empathy, dignity, and respect in your daily work, with a drive to achieve positive business outcomes.
