About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Employment Consultant to join our team. As a Workforce Australia Employment Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting participants to achieve their employment goals.

You will work closely with stakeholders, including employers and participants, to deliver tailored employment solutions. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference in people's lives and be part of a dynamic team.

The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, a strong ability to build relationships and a passion for helping others.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and securing employment opportunities for participants with local employers
  • Supporting participants to identify skills and become job ready
  • Delivering high-quality service while adhering to contractual and compliance requirements
  • Enhancing participant employability through training and support service referrals
  • Developing personalized job plans for clear employment pathways
  • Building and maintaining positive relationships with local employers and community groups

What We're Looking For

We are looking for individuals who are driven, solution-focused and have a can-do attitude. People with backgrounds in sales, retail, call centers, hospitality, consulting, business development and administration are well suited to this role.

Candidates must be able to demonstrate composure and adaptability in daily challenges and have excellent communication skills.
