Job Role Overview

We are seeking a dedicated professional to inspire and motivate individuals with disability to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.

The successful candidate will work closely with participants to tailor services and support them in finding meaningful employment opportunities.

As a key member of our team, you will develop strong relationships with employers and support organisations to create positive partnerships that benefit our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement person-centred plans to enhance employability and facilitate sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Establish and maintain effective relationships with local employers and support organisations to create meaningful employment opportunities.
  • Provide guidance and support to participants to enhance their employability and confidence.
  • Market participants' skills to prospective employers and promote their value proposition.
  • Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks through effective service delivery and collaboration with stakeholders.
  • Maintain accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.

  • Be passionate about supporting individuals with disability to achieve sustainable employment outcomes.
  • Be a relationship builder with excellent customer service skills and the ability to build trust with participants and employers.
  • Be a strategic thinker with the ability to develop innovative solutions to complex problems.
  • Be tech-savvy and confident in using computers and online systems to deliver high-quality services.
