We are seeking a motivated and experienced professional to lead our employment services team. As a Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding and supervising staff, collaborating with employers, and ensuring compliance with all relevant guidelines and statutory requirements.
The ideal candidate will have excellent leadership skills, the ability to motivate and inspire others, and a strong understanding of employment support principles.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Lead employer engagement at allocated sites, including ensuring all workplaces meet safety requirements and that the relevant Award conditions and pay are applied to participants.
- Develop and monitor the performance of other staff in relation to employment anchors, outcomes, post placement support, and all other requirements of the program.
- Provide day-to-day supervision and support of lower or similar classified employees.
Key Skills and Qualifications:
- Strong leadership and management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Knowledge of employment support principles and practices
