Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a part-time position.

In this role, you will assess, diagnose, and treat communication and swallowing disorders, helping individuals improve their speech, language, and overall quality of life.

  • Conduct evaluations to diagnose speech, language, voice, fluency, and swallowing disorders.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs.
  • Provide therapy for patients with articulation, cognitive-communication, and swallowing difficulties.
  • Educate patients, families, and caregivers on techniques to enhance communication and swallowing function.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including occupational and physical therapists, physicians, and nursing staff, to ensure comprehensive care.
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient progress and treatment plans.
  • Stay current with best practices, research, and advancements in speech-language pathology.
Requirements

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • A master's or doctoral degree in speech-language pathology from an accredited program.
  • Current licensure as an SLP in the state where the position is located.
  • Experience working with adults and/or children with communication and swallowing disorders.
  • Strong clinical skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
