Speech Therapist Role Summary

We are seeking a skilled Speech Therapist to provide high-quality care to patients in their homes and communities. The ideal candidate will have experience working with patients in home care settings and a strong understanding of state and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments to evaluate patients' speech and communication skills.
  • Develop treatment plans in collaboration with patients, families, and caregivers.
  • Provide speech and language therapy to patients in their homes.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Current license to practice as a Speech Therapist in the state.
  • Minimum of 1 year of experience working with patients in a home care setting.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
