Job Overview
This is a unique opportunity to join our organization as a Client Relationship Manager, where you will play a key role in building and maintaining strong relationships with clients across your portfolio.
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive growth, adoption, and client satisfaction.
- Provide technical expertise and guidance to help clients maximize their investments in UC and CX technologies.
- Proactively identify new customer opportunities and challenges, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver solutions.
- Facilitate user adoption and change management to drive successful technology deployments.
- Partner with Sales, Professional Services, and Support teams to deliver an exceptional end-to-end client experience.
- Represent the organization at client meetings, industry events, and other forums.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- 5+ years of experience in a technical account management or customer success role, with a focus on UC and/or CX technologies.
- A strong understanding of enterprise-level UC and CX solutions, including Microsoft Teams and Cisco Webex.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships at all levels.
- A proven track record of driving adoption, retention, and growth within your client accounts.
- Technical expertise to provide advanced troubleshooting and solution design guidance.
- A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and a consultative approach to problem-solving.
- A collaborative mindset and the ability to work cross-functionally with various teams.
