About Our Team
We're looking for a customer-obsessed leader to join our Technical Account Management team. As part of our dedicated TAM organisation, you will work closely with your team to support APAC-based customers.
Our team partners cross-functionally from account management to product to engineering and more. We've partnered with thousands of customers ensuring their adoption of key products and success on our platform.
About the Role
This role is responsible for managing a team of highly motivated, customer-focused TAMs to ensure overall health and satisfaction of APAC accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage a team of TAMs to achieve customer satisfaction and account growth
- Develop senior-level relationships with customers
- Identify opportunities to improve customer experience and drive adoption of key features
- Collaborate with other teams to advocate for customer needs
- Partner with leadership to foster a strong team culture
Requirements
- 3+ years of management experience in a customer-facing role
- 5+ years of SaaS experience in account management or customer success
- Expertise in ruthless prioritisation and time management
- Strong attention to detail and ability to solve complex problems
