Community Empowerment Specialist

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced professional to fill this critical role.
- As a Support Coordinator, you will work closely with NDIS participants, their families, and carers to assist them in understanding and implementing their plans.
- You will build capacity and support participants to exercise choice and control over their lives.
- Our ideal candidate will be skilled in communication, problem-solving, and building relationships with stakeholders.
- They will have a deep knowledge of the NDIS framework, guidelines, and service pathways.
About You
We are looking for someone who is compassionate, professional, and committed to empowering people with disability. If you have experience in NDIS Support Coordination or a similar role, we want to hear from you.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- A relevant qualification in Community Services, Social Work, Allied Health or a similar field.
- A current Working with Children Check, NDIS Worker Screening Check, and Police Check.
- A valid driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
