Job Description

As a seasoned delivery leader, you will oversee a high-performing team of consultants in a shared delivery practice. Your expertise will guide the delivery of transformative projects for enterprise customers, leveraging your IT and/or management consulting background.

  • Build and manage a team of consultants and engagement managers, collaborating with partners and internal teams to architect and implement innovative solutions.
  • Routinely engage with director-level executives and governing boards to capture opportunities and drive engagement delivery.
  • Develop and oversee the implementation of forward-looking IT strategies for customers, ensuring timely and budget-friendly delivery of customer engagements.

This role requires strong project management and resource management capabilities, as well as financial acumen with P&L management experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage practice profitability and drive business development initiatives.
  • Exceed customer satisfaction targets by delivering exceptional results and leading high-performing teams.
  • Travel to AWS and customer locations across the US or globally, as needed.
Requirements:

We're looking for a motivated individual with 8+ years of experience in IT and/or management consulting, including at least 3 years in a people leadership role.

Advanced technology degree or AWS Professional level certifications are preferred but not necessary.

Sales and negotiation skills for opportunity capture and proposal development are essential for this role.
