Transformation Leader

- Essential Qualifications and Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in complex stakeholder management and change delivery within a business environment.
- Desirable Qualifications and Experience: Experience in managing diverse and complex stakeholder groups and influencing senior stakeholders.
- Key Capabilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines, proactive and results-oriented approach, and a strong understanding of the financial services industry.
