Job Description

We are seeking a seasoned Transformation Delivery Leader to manage and execute complex transformation projects. This role is crucial in driving business outcomes, identifying critical risks, and providing solutions to senior stakeholders.

The day-to-day activities include:

  • Developing and managing multi-year transformation roadmaps to deliver strategic objectives.
  • Planning and executing end-to-end transformation programs to drive improvement and reduce enterprise risk.
  • Leading the development of status, compliance, financial, and benefits reporting for executive steering and governance forums.
  • Overseeing program budgets, ensuring accurate forecasting and financial tracking.
  • Identifying, managing, and mitigating program-level risks.
  • Operationalizing improvement initiatives by enabling teams and delivering targeted training.
  • Leveraging tools such as SharePoint, Jira, Confluence, and ServiceNow to enhance program delivery.
Required Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Program and Project Management qualifications and/or exposure in a transformational environment, preferably in Telco or utilities.
  • Tertiary qualifications in business, IT, engineering, or a comparable field.
  • Experience working in a PMO.
  • Extensive experience working to governance principles.
  • Experience in reviewing and facilitating user story development, workshop facilitation, and process mapping.
