- Utilize a person-centred approach to tailor services and support participants into meaningful employment.
- Develop positive partnerships with local employers to create meaningful employment opportunities for participants.
- Enhance employability through referral to support services and training.
- Provide in-employment support to sustain employment.
- Market participants' skills to prospective employers.
- Achieve program performance and quality benchmarks.
- Keep detailed, accurate records and adhere to all compliance requirements.
- Actively participate in the community to promote our services.
