Job Description:

We are a leading employment services provider, working with individuals living with disability, injury, health condition, or those requiring additional support. Our goal is to empower our clients, supporting them to build better working lives. We work closely with people to identify their goals and aspirations, build skills and job-readiness, and provide support through interviews and into employment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Motivate and empower clients to take steps towards meaningful employment.
  • Build relationships with local employers to source job opportunities for clients.
  • Place clients into sustainable employment, resulting in successful outcomes.
  • Ensure all activity is appropriately recorded, documented, and adheres to compliance and contractual requirements.
  • Provide exceptional service to clients, employers, and partners at every stage of the process.

Requirements and Qualifications:

Attributes and Experience:

  • Experience in customer service or client-facing roles.
  • Ideal experience includes demonstrated ability to work with people overcoming challenges.
  • Happy and confident communication with multiple external and internal stakeholders.
  • Confidently meet KPIs and make placements resulting in sustainable employment for clients and employers.
  • Hold a current Driver's Licence.
  • No prior employment services experience necessary.
