About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a skilled professional to join our team as a Disability Employment Services consultant. In this role, you will work closely with our participants to help them achieve their employment goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide expert advice and guidance to participants on job searching strategies and interview techniques.
- Assist participants in creating effective resumes and cover letters.
- Help participants practice their interview skills and provide feedback for improvement.
In addition to providing direct support to participants, you will also be responsible for:
- Maintaining accurate records of participant progress and outcomes.
- Conducting regular reviews with participants to assess their needs and goals.
- Collaborating with other professionals to ensure seamless delivery of services.
