This is an exciting opportunity to work with individuals with disability, injury or ongoing health conditions, helping them build their skills, experience and confidence.

As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in supporting customers to find meaningful employment. You will build relationships with local employers to understand their workforce needs and match our customers to the right job, ensuring sustainable, long-term employment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Determine the relevant service and support requirements for each customer
  • Develop individualized job plans to help customers achieve progression towards and into employment
  • Conduct one-on-one appointments and deliver group workshops to enhance resilience, motivation, work readiness and social connection

This fixed-term, full-time position will involve working between our Salisbury and Gawler sites.

What We're Looking For:

You will possess strong drive and compassion, inspiring customers to reach their goals while maintaining a goal-oriented approach. A proven track record in delivering high levels of customer service and achieving quality outcomes aligned with KPIs is essential. Additionally, you must be able to engage effectively with the local community to build strong networks, hold a current driver's licence, national police check and relevant State/Territory working with children check, or be willing to obtain.
