About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Project Management Associate to support customers' transformation strategy through the management of cloud or hybrid implementation initiatives using SAP Activate methodology.

Main Responsibilities
  • Support senior project managers on large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects and/or lead operational projects or small engagements.
  • Conduct project planning activities and support execution of large-scale, high-risk, strategic projects according to the project plan.
  • Manage sub-project teams to supervise/represent a team within large project programs.
  • Ensure project success (schedule, quality, business value).
  • Demonstrate proficiency in tools and procedures such as SAP delivery methodology – Agile, Best Business Practices, and Integrated Tool management with the customer and project team.
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Masters degree or equivalent tertiary study.
  • 0-3 years work experience with customer-facing roles.
  • Team player with ability to work independently and take ownership of assigned tasks.
  • Good listener with excellent communication skills, empathetic, collaborative.
