Job Description

We are seeking a highly driven professional to lead and manage transformation projects that drive operational excellence, cost efficiency, and customer satisfaction across various operations.

This key leadership position will be responsible for the end-to-end delivery of transformation initiatives, optimising resource allocation, governance, and risk management while ensuring compliance with relevant standards.

The ideal candidate will have experience navigating large-scale organisational change and transformation, delivering complex high-impact projects in large organisations or complex environments.

The role requires strong stakeholder engagement, operational capability, problem-solving, and risk management skills. A degree in Business, Finance, Engineering, or Project Management is preferred.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams (up to 12 people)
  • Proven track record of delivering complex projects in large organisations
  • Demonstrated ability to navigate organisational change and transformation
  • Strong problem-solving and risk management skills
