Senior Oracle EPM Implementation Leader


Join a dynamic team as a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant where you will lead the implementation of Oracle Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) solutions. We are seeking an experienced professional with strong technical expertise and leadership skills to drive business transformation initiatives.


This role involves guiding clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps, participating in business transformation projects, and implementing Oracle EPM Cloud solutions across Planning & Budgeting (PBCS/EPBCS), Financial Consolidation & Close (FCCS), Account Reconciliation (ARCS), Profitability & Cost Management (PCMCS), Narrative Reporting (EPRCS), and Enterprise Data Management (EDMCS).


Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver Expert Advisory Services: Guide clients on EPM Cloud roadmaps, participate in business transformation initiatives, and facilitate workshops to elicit requirements.
  • Lead Implementations: Design, build, and implement Oracle EPM Cloud solutions, drive business analysis, and translate business needs into effective solutions.
  • Support Presales & Proposals: Contribute to client discovery workshops, solution walkthroughs, and proposal development to support business growth.
  • Build Relationships: Manage stakeholder expectations, provide clear communication, negotiation, and issue resolution to ensure successful project outcomes.
  • Lead & Mentor: Guide team members, ensure effective service delivery, and champion a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience in Oracle EPM Cloud implementations and functional leadership on at least one successful project.
  • Expertise across Oracle EPM modules (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, PCMCS, EPRCS, EDMCS).
  • Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications, including Oracle EPM.
  • Experience with Hyperion and migration projects to Cloud is desirable.
  • Strong ability to review, analyse, and design complex ICT business processes and solutions.
  • Experience working in Agile teams and with distributed onshore/offshore models.
  • Excellent client-facing skills and the ability to confidently communicate EPM capabilities and use cases.
