We are seeking an experienced aviation professional to lead our airside operations, ensuring the highest standards of safety, efficiency, and compliance.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Manage access licensing for airside activities, guaranteeing adherence to regulatory requirements
  • Oversee key aviation systems, such as the airside driver and vehicle control management system, to optimize operational performance
  • Monitor and improve aircraft turnaround processes using data-driven insights to drive efficiency gains
  • Drive collaboration among ground handlers, airlines, and internal teams to achieve shared objectives
  • Lead reporting and analysis of operational performance, providing actionable recommendations for improvement
Requirements:
  • Proven experience in developing and leading licensing or access agreements in a high-risk operational environment
  • In-depth knowledge of Aviation Operations, ground handling, and turnaround activities, with a focus on safety and efficiency
  • ICAM Lead Investigator certification, demonstrating expertise in incident investigation and root cause analysis
  • IATA Ground Operations (highly desirable), indicating advanced knowledge of international aviation standards
